Climbing Mera Peak presents a non-technical challenge requiring moderate trekking and basic mountaineering skills. Among some of the less complicated trekking peaks in the region, Mera Peak is not as technical as others in the Himalayas. The journey is not only able to be completed in a reasonable time but climbers will be rewarded with spectacular views of Everest, Lhotse, and Makalu.
