Stiff wrist wraps are ideal for heavy lifting, such as squats and bench presses, as they offer maximum support and reduce wrist movement. On the other hand, flexible wrist wraps are better suited for exercises that require more wrist mobility, such as Olympic lifting or dynamic movements.
